Job Overview
The UI/UX Designer will leverage their expertise to contribute to the development and training of next-generation AI systems. The role involves providing high-quality, real-world design input to support how AI models learn, reason, and perform. The successful candidate will play a key role in UI/UX evaluation, optimization, and enhancement initiatives, supporting advanced AI training and assessment projects in collaboration with the client’s team.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, assess, and refine intuitive user interfaces and user experiences across multiple digital platforms.
- Conduct usability and functionality evaluations of AI-powered products, delivering constructive feedback to support ongoing enhancements.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user journey flows to conceptualize, demonstrate, and validate design solutions for AI training interfaces.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective, user-centered design solutions.
- Clearly document and communicate design concepts, decisions, and recommendations through both written and verbal communication.
- Contribute to iterative design and evaluation processes by integrating user feedback and data-driven insights into continuous improvements.
- Ensure adherence to established UI/UX best practices, including accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and overall usability guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
- Ability to interpret feedback effectively and adapt design solutions to meet changing project requirements.
- Knowledge of accessible and inclusive design standards and best practices.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive in identifying and resolving design-related challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or data-driven digital products.
- Familiarity with designing, evaluating, or supporting AI-powered interfaces and systems.
