The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems, enhancing algorithm performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software solutions. Core Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable backend services within distributed system environments.
- Produce clean, efficient, and well-structured code that aligns with industry best practices and established testing standards.
- Improve application and system performance by identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and refining algorithms.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical planning, architecture discussions, and software design initiatives to support high-quality development.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver new features and ensure successful product releases.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Go, Python, or Java.
- Experience developing distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database optimization and performance tuning techniques.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software system design principles.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, along with experience using continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
