Job Overview
The Marketing UI/UX Designer position is suited to a creative professional with at least five years of commercial graphic design experience and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The role extends beyond traditional graphic design, encompassing the creation of digital marketing assets, intuitive website interfaces, user-focused experiences, high-converting landing pages, and performance-driven visual content.
The successful candidate will combine creative expertise with a strategic understanding of user behaviour, engagement, and conversion optimisation to produce designs that support business growth and strengthen brand presence. Collaboration with the marketing, advertising, and sales teams will be essential in delivering impactful, high-quality creative solutions across multiple digital platforms.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
- Full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week
Core Responsibilities
- Produce engaging digital and print marketing materials that consistently reflect the company’s branding and visual standards.
- Develop impactful creative assets for Meta advertising, social media platforms, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and a variety of other digital marketing channels.
- Design user-friendly website interfaces and layouts that incorporate modern UI/UX principles to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Create innovative visual concepts that encourage user engagement, improve customer interactions, and increase conversion rates.
- Partner with the marketing and paid media teams to deliver compelling, high-performing creative content that supports campaign objectives.
- Prepare and optimise all design assets to ensure they are production-ready and perform effectively across multiple platforms and devices.
- Utilise AI-powered design tools to streamline creative workflows, improve efficiency, and maintain exceptional design quality throughout every project.
Skills & Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced creative studio or agency environment.
- A strong portfolio that reflects a clean, sophisticated, and editorial-inspired design style, with work aligned to UK and Australian visual aesthetics.
- The ability to work independently with a proactive approach, demonstrating ownership of projects while consistently delivering high-quality work with minimal revisions.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with strong proficiency in Figma and Canva.
- Proven experience designing intuitive website interfaces, landing pages, and seamless digital user experiences using established UI/UX best practices.
- A successful track record of creating conversion-focused creative assets for paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.
- Practical experience using Claude or comparable AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows, streamline production, and support content ideation.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing high-quality work across digital marketing, website design, branding, and advertising campaigns.
