Core Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online English lessons for up to 30 guaranteed teaching hours per week.
- Teach remotely from anywhere within South Africa, eliminating the need for commuting or relocation.
- Earn a competitive base rate of $6 USD per hour while building valuable teaching experience.
- Provide English language instruction exclusively to adult learners in a professional online environment.
- Use company-provided teaching materials to deliver high-quality lessons without creating lesson plans.

Skills & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- An accredited TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification with a minimum of 120 hours must be held.
- At least 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience is required.
- A reliable computer setup is essential for remote teaching.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging online lessons are advantageous.
Technical Requirements
- A computer with an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) running at 2.1 GHz or higher, with a minimum of 8GB RAM.
- A stable fibre internet connection with upload and download speeds of at least 20 Mbps.
- A direct LAN cable connection is required, as Wi-Fi connections are not accepted.
- A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with a battery life of 4 to 5 hours and a minimum capacity of 2000VA is required to ensure uninterrupted teaching.
- A noise-cancelling headset and an HD webcam are essential, while a backup headset is recommended.
- A quiet, professional, and well-lit workspace suitable for conducting online classes is required.
