Core Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one online English lessons through Native Camp’s teaching platform.
- Set a flexible teaching schedule by opening available time slots.
- Teach from anywhere with no fixed working hours or minimum schedule requirements.
- Use professionally prepared lesson materials, with no lesson planning required.
- Conduct all classes on the Native Camp platform without using external applications such as Skype or Zoom.
- Teach lessons of up to 26 minutes, with payment calculated on a per-minute basis.
- Support primarily Japanese students, while also teaching learners from other countries.
- Create engaging, interactive, and supportive learning experiences for students.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and punctual approach to every lesson.
- Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and a strong commitment to high-quality online teaching.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong English language proficiency with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience teaching English as a foreign language is preferred, with at least one year considered an advantage.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functional webcam.
- A quality headset with a built-in microphone to ensure clear communication during lessons.
