A global legal and business services company is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to support performance marketing initiatives across its international operations.
About Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contractor role, fully remote and based in South Africa, working closely with teams in the UK and other global regions.
The role is focused on executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, web content, paid media, and social media support. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving targeted campaigns, improving engagement, and supporting recruitment and talent acquisition marketing efforts within the legal staffing and flexible talent space.

This position requires a strong mix of content creation, campaign management, and data-driven optimisation, with responsibility for ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. The role also involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, tracking campaign performance, and continuously improving marketing outcomes through analytics and insights.

Requirements for This Role
- 5–6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in staffing, legal services, or professional services
- Experience working in a global or US-based company environment
- Strong skills in email marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo or similar)
- Ability to write high-quality client-facing and campaign content
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design/branding tools
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, web, paid media, social)
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently across time zones in a remote setup
