Job Overview
- Deliver private one-on-one lessons and group classes of up to eight students through an online learning platform
- Provide detailed after-class feedback reports for each student
- Prepare progress reports upon the completion of courses
- Salary and compensation are based on teaching experience and qualifications
- Additional bonuses are offered for weekend lessons
- Classes are typically 30 minutes long
- Opportunity to teach multiple back-to-back classes consecutively
- Majority of students are between 4 and 14 years old
- Student age range varies from 3 to 60 years old
- Lessons focus primarily on improving speaking and listening skills
- Programme serves as a supplementary English learning experience
- Students are based in Thailand and may have limited English proficiency

Skills & Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree
- TEFL qualification preferred, with the possibility of company-sponsored TEFL training after a successful probation period
- Clear and neutral English accent
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent reliability and communication abilities
- Knowledge of gamification in online learning environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with Roblox and Minecraft is considered beneficial
- Gaming experience and related hobbies are viewed as an advantage and should be included on the CV
- Additional hobbies or talents that can enhance classroom learning are encouraged, including:
