Core Responsibilities
- Assist the design team across a variety of projects, supporting every stage of the creative process from initial concept development to the delivery of final production-ready assets.
- Transform strategic ideas and creative briefs into compelling visual solutions, including sketches, wireframes, prototypes, layouts, and polished designs.
- Collaborate with senior designers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality work that aligns with both creative vision and business goals.
- Participate in internal design reviews by confidently presenting creative work, while actively giving and receiving constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain well-organized project files, accurate version control, and thorough documentation to ensure efficient workflow management.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of the company’s design systems, creative tools, and operational processes by contributing ideas and best practices.
Skills and Requirements
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a recognized design programme in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, technical ability, visual excellence, and close attention to detail. Applicants should note that portfolios will be reviewed before the interview stage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design applications.
- The ability to work confidently in evolving or uncertain situations while maintaining a structured, disciplined approach to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas clearly and the willingness to receive and apply constructive feedback.
- Strong self-management, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting project deadlines.
