Job Overview
- An experienced Website Developer is sought to oversee the redevelopment and consolidation of three existing company websites into a single modern, high-performance platform.
- This is a full-time, project-based position that will remain active until the website has been fully designed, developed, tested, and successfully launched.

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the consolidation of three existing websites into a single, unified, and professionally presented online platform.
- Design and develop a modern, visually engaging website that effectively represents the organization’s brand and professional image.
- Create fully responsive web pages that deliver a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Integrate high-quality video, animation, and multimedia elements while maintaining optimal website performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate requirements into practical website functionality.
- Enhance website speed, search engine optimization (SEO), accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Ensure accurate migration, organization, and presentation of existing content within the new website structure.
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code in accordance with industry best practices.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage website deployment activities and provide post-launch support as required.
- Identify and recommend suitable improvements, tools, and modern web technologies to support ongoing website enhancement.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Website Developer, Full-Stack Web Developer, or in a similar web development role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver modern, visually engaging, and high-performing websites.
- Strong technical proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP (where applicable), and responsive web development principles.
- Experience working with modern front-end frameworks and libraries, including React, Vue.js, Next.js, or equivalent technologies.
- Practical experience developing and managing websites using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to integrate multimedia elements, including video, animations, and interactive website features.
- Strong knowledge of website performance optimization techniques, including Core Web Vitals and page speed improvements.
- Sound understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices for website development.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems for collaborative development.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage project priorities effectively.
