Job Overview

The client is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to join their team within a highly competitive digital market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the organisation’s organic search strategy with the goal of significantly increasing online visibility and performance.

This role requires a highly experienced SEO professional with strong, hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, with a primary focus on search engine optimisation. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently at a senior level and be available to operate in alignment with US Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes on-page, off-page, and technical optimisation
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap evaluations to support sustained organic growth
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to complement and strengthen paid search performance alongside organic initiatives
  • Plan and oversee Meta Ads campaigns in alignment with broader digital marketing objectives
  • Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed optimisation, crawlability, indexing, and structured data implementation
  • Work closely with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied across all digital assets

Requirements

  • The role requires a minimum of five years of hands-on SEO experience within a highly competitive industry
  • The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and delivering measurable traffic growth
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms is essential
  • A solid understanding of technical SEO principles and related tools is required
  • Experience in using analytics platforms to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights is necessary
  • The candidate must be available to work in alignment with US Eastern Standard Time business hours

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience working with US-based clients or within the US market will be considered advantageous
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or lead generation SEO strategies is preferred
  • Experience managing SEO across multiple domains or large-scale websites is an added advantage
