Teachers are provided with guaranteed teaching hours, with schedules allocated shortly after completing the required training. The role offers the opportunity to build a consistent student base, with regular students attending lessons each week to support a stable monthly income.
The position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis, allowing educators to choose their preferred teaching hours and manage their schedules. Teachers also receive ongoing support from experienced educators and administrative staff.
Students generally have a basic understanding of English, allowing teachers to build on their existing language skills. Lessons can be delivered remotely from any location with a stable internet connection, providing flexibility and convenience.
The position offers a starting rate of USD 6 per hour or more, although the exact rate may vary depending on applicable factors.
Skills & Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in Language or Education.
- A recognised teaching certificate, such as TESOL or TEFL, is mandatory.
- Candidates must be available to teach for at least 20 hours per week, with teaching hours scheduled between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM Beijing Time, Monday to Sunday. Educators may select their preferred hours within this timeframe, although available hours and schedules may vary.
- Applicants must have access to a reliable desktop or laptop computer. Chromebooks are not compatible with the company’s teaching software.
- A stable wired internet connection using an Ethernet cable is required.
- Educators must be willing to commit to teaching for a minimum of one complete semester, equivalent to six months.
- Candidates should demonstrate a punctual, dependable and responsible work ethic.
- A positive and professional attitude is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience teaching English to young learners would be advantageous.
