Core Responsibilities
- Evaluates and reviews English language content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and natural flow.
- Develops, organises, and improves text datasets to strengthen the language performance and understanding of AI systems.
- Works closely with AI trainers and engineering teams to deliver expert input on grammar, language usage, tone, and contextual accuracy.
- Creates and implements annotation tasks, instructions, and quality standards to maintain consistency across language projects.
- Produces written training materials, reference guides, and best-practice documentation to support linguistic development initiatives.
- Contributes to collaborative team discussions by identifying language-related issues and recommending practical, effective solutions.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrates C1-level English proficiency or native-level fluency, supported by exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Holds a qualification in English, Linguistics, or a related academic discipline.
- Possesses proven experience in language editing, content development, linguistic analysis, or similar language-focused roles.
- Exhibits strong analytical thinking skills with excellent attention to grammatical accuracy, language structure, and detail.
- Capable of working independently while effectively contributing within a remote and collaborative team environment.
