Job Overview

Crystal Intelligence is seeking a versatile Creative Copywriter to join its Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and refining the company’s brand voice across a variety of key touchpoints, including landing pages, email campaigns, sales presentations, merchandise, and event materials. The role requires the ability to craft concise, persuasive, and brand-consistent messaging tailored to a B2B tech audience, maintaining a balance between clarity and personality. This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.

Core Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging written content for landing pages, marketing emails, calls-to-action, and social media posts.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, audience-friendly language.
  • Develop concise, high-impact messaging for campaigns, merchandise, exhibition booths, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align copy with brand tone and visual style.
  • Edit and refine materials to maximise clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and enhance brand voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience in crafting copy and advertising content.
  • A portfolio demonstrating impactful short-form writing across various digital platforms.
  • Comfortable engaging in iterative processes, incorporating feedback, and collaborating across teams.
  • Track record of producing effective content for B2B audiences, preferably within tech, SaaS, or compliance industries.
  • Exceptional written English skills, with strong attention to detail in editing and proofreading.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while working independently.
  • Able to work effectively with flexible, milestone-driven deadlines.
  • Advantageous: Experience creating brand voice documentation or structured messaging frameworks.
  • Self-motivated yet team-oriented, thriving in asynchronous work environments.
  • Open to input from marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Brings creative ideas and fresh perspectives, not limited to fulfilling existing briefs.
