Core Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Meta advertising campaigns in line with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough audience research and develop effective targeting strategies, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives, compelling messaging, and high-quality visual assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and maximize return on investment.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring spend is strategically allocated across campaigns, audiences, placements, and creative variations.
- Plan and conduct A/B testing across different messaging, creative concepts, audience segments, placements, and other campaign variables.
- Prepare regular performance reports that clearly present campaign results, emerging trends, key insights, and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with Meta advertising products, platform developments, industry trends, and emerging paid media best practices.
- Continuously refine and improve campaign strategies based on performance data, testing results, and evolving business priorities.
Skills & Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, preferably within a performance marketing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and relevant analytics and reporting platforms is required.
- Demonstrated experience in audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audience development, and campaign optimization is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on efficient spend allocation, campaign performance, and measurable return on investment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign results, insights, and recommendations clearly.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with designers, content specialists, and other marketing team members is important.
- The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with additional paid media platforms, such as Google Ads or TikTok Ads, would be advantageous.
- A recognized Meta advertising certification, such as Meta Blueprint, would be considered an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement are required.
- The candidate should have a reliable home-working setup, including a dual-monitor computer with at least 8 GB RAM, internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps, and a camera capable of 1080p resolution.
