Core Responsibilities
- Assess and review English-language content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and natural readability.
- Build, organize, and enhance text datasets that support the ongoing improvement of AI language models.
- Work closely with AI specialists, trainers, and engineering teams to provide expert linguistic feedback on grammar, context, tone, and language usage.
- Develop annotation tasks, quality standards, and language guidelines to maintain consistency across AI training projects.
- Produce written documentation, reference materials, and best practice guides to support linguistic development and model training.
- Contribute to collaborative discussions by identifying language-related challenges and recommending practical, high-quality solutions.
Skills & Requirements
- Candidates should possess C1-level English proficiency or be native English speakers with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Previous experience in language editing, content creation, linguistic analysis, or a similar field is essential.
- Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking skills, and exceptional attention to linguistic accuracy and detail are expected.
- The successful candidate should be capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
