Our client is a rapidly expanding education company specializing in the pre-medical sector, dedicated to helping aspiring medical students secure admission into medical school. The organization manages a network of approximately 60 Instagram accounts focused on engaging pre-med students across various universities, using strategic social media marketing and content distribution to generate high-quality student enquiries and drive enrolments.
Work Schedule
- Sunday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST
- Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week
Please Note: While the overall working hours offer some flexibility, Instagram Story posts must be published daily (excluding Saturdays) within the specified time window to ensure consistency and maximise campaign performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain posting schedules across approximately 60 Instagram accounts that target prospective pre-medical students at specific universities.
- Publish Instagram Stories according to predetermined schedules, ensuring all content includes the correct links to support student enquiry and sales call conversions.
- Execute targeted audience engagement by following and interacting with pre-approved lists of prospective students, university organizations, and relevant campus groups.
- Adhere to established workflows, posting calendars, and operational timelines using detailed tracking spreadsheets.
- Support consistent Instagram account growth by implementing structured follower acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Oversee multiple Instagram accounts simultaneously across various devices while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and reliability when carrying out daily social media activities with minimal supervision.
- Monitor account performance, track audience growth, and report on key activity metrics to support ongoing optimisation efforts.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple Instagram accounts simultaneously in a professional environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to accurately follow posting schedules, workflows, and spreadsheet-based processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing more than 60 social media accounts while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection and minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management, self-motivation, and discipline to maintain consistent daily posting schedules.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and digital tracking tools to manage tasks, monitor account activity, and organise information.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase to 40 hours per week as business requirements grow.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, process-driven approach to social media operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting social media marketing initiatives within the education or EdTech sector will be advantageous.
- Experience executing Instagram growth campaigns, audience engagement strategies, or follower acquisition initiatives is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working remotely with US-based clients or international teams will be considered an added advantage.
