Job Overview
The successful candidate will join one of the company’s clients as a Senior Webflow Developer on a part-time basis. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance Webflow websites while delivering pixel-perfect designs and exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with designers and key stakeholders to transform wireframes and design concepts into fully functional, responsive, and visually engaging web pages.
Core Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and maintains responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring seamless functionality across multiple browsers and devices.
- Builds advanced website interactions, animations, and CMS integrations to create engaging and interactive user experiences.
- Optimizes website performance by improving page load speeds, enhancing overall functionality, and ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves technical issues, delivering effective solutions to complex development challenges.
- Collaborates closely with designers to translate creative concepts into fully functional websites while maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrates at least 3 years of hands-on experience developing websites with Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce implementations.
- Possesses strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Has proven experience applying responsive design principles and mobile-first development practices to deliver seamless user experiences across devices.
- Maintains a solid understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards, ensuring websites are both discoverable and accessible.
- Excels in a remote working environment, with the ability to manage tasks independently, priorities workloads, and perform effectively with minimal supervision.
