Job Overview
A client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Content Writer to transform well-structured content briefs into compelling, high-quality articles. The role is supported by comprehensive, ready-to-use briefs, allowing the successful candidate to focus on producing engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly content. Key responsibilities include writing efficiently, maintaining exceptional writing standards, and incorporating supplied keywords naturally to enhance readability and search performance.
Work Schedule
- Week 1 (Onboarding): Monday to Friday, aligned with the Eastern Time zone (Montreal).
- From Week 2 onwards: A flexible work schedule is offered, allowing the writer to manage their own hours throughout the week, provided all assigned deadlines are consistently met.
Core Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content by following established templates, SEO and GEO quality standards, and internal content workflows.
- Produce content based on comprehensive SEO briefs prepared by the SEO team, ensuring all required optimization guidelines are accurately implemented.
- Learn and utilize specialized content and SEO tools, including NeuronWriter and Claude Code, with full training provided during the onboarding process.
- Consistently achieve the assigned monthly content production targets, which typically range between 40 and 50 pieces of content, depending on client requirements.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one feedback sessions with the content manager to review performance, address challenges, and discuss ongoing development.
- Remain accessible through Slack during working hours to support communication, collaboration, and project updates as required.
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to follow established workflows, content templates, and internal quality assurance standards with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet assigned monthly content deadlines without compromising quality.
- Willingness to respond promptly to feedback and revision requests, with an expected turnaround time of 24 hours, while taking time zone differences into account.
- Availability to participate in the mandatory onboarding programme during the first week, following the Eastern Time (Montreal) schedule.
