A growing e-commerce company is looking for a Meta Ads & Performance Creative Strategist to develop, launch, and optimise paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. About the Role
The Meta Ads & Performance Creative Strategist will combine creative strategy, Meta Ads campaign management, and performance analysis to improve advertising results across the company’s product portfolio.
This role goes beyond media buying or graphic design. The successful candidate will develop advertising concepts, analyse campaign performance, coordinate creative production, and optimise campaigns using data from Meta Ads Manager and Triple Whale.
What This Role Entails
Creative Strategy
The successful candidate will research customer pain points, competitor advertising, industry trends, and winning creatives to develop new advertising angles, hooks, and messaging.
They will prepare creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators while building campaigns around product demonstrations, testimonials, problem-solving content, comparisons, and direct-response offers.
Meta Ads Management
The role includes setting up, launching, and managing advertising campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.
Responsibilities include organising campaigns using structured naming conventions, uploading creative assets, implementing tracking parameters, monitoring campaign delivery, and continuously optimising campaigns based on performance data.
Performance Analysis
The successful candidate will monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Triple Whale, analysing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rates, and revenue.
Performance insights will be used to recommend which campaigns should be scaled, paused, or improved while continuously developing new creative testing opportunities.
Creative Testing & Optimisation
The role also involves building a structured creative testing process by planning weekly tests, documenting results, analysing learnings, and improving future campaigns through data-driven experimentation.
Collaboration & Reporting
The successful candidate will work closely with designers, video editors, UGC creators, influencers, and internal stakeholders to launch new campaigns.
They will also provide a short end-of-day report summarising completed work, campaign insights, and priorities for the following day.

Requirements for This Role
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising best practices and campaign optimisation
• Experience using Triple Whale or similar attribution platforms
• Understanding of UTMs, attribution models, ROAS, blended ROAS, MER, CPA, and contribution margin
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Excellent copywriting skills for ad copy, headlines, hooks, and creative briefs
• Understanding of short-form video advertising and social media creatives
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
