Job Overview

The role involves recruitment on behalf of a client for a SEO & Paid Media Specialist position. The client, a US-based organization, is seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of its search engine optimization and paid advertising initiatives, with a particular focus on Google Ads and improving organic search performance. The position also requires competent graphic design skills to develop marketing assets, along with occasional support in CRM-driven email marketing and outreach campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, building, and managing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and remarketing channels
  • Conducts keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings
  • Designs marketing graphics and visual assets for ads, landing pages, and promotional materials
  • Monitors and reports on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads dashboards
  • Implements data-driven improvements to enhance click-through rates, quality scores, and overall ad spend efficiency
  • Supports CRM-based marketing activities, including audience segmentation and outreach campaigns
  • Collaborates with the client team during US business hours, primarily aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable performance outcomes
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization techniques
  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic email marketing workflows
  • Capable of working independently while effectively managing multiple priorities without close supervision

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for research, tracking, and reporting
  • Previous experience working with US-based clients or within a remote staffing environment
  • Exposure to landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement strategies
