An Australian performance marketing agency specialising in real estate lead generation is seeking a Paid Media Specialist (Facebook Ads) to manage and optimise high-performing Meta ad campaigns. This is a fully remote opportunity open to South African professionals, with working hours aligned to Australian Eastern Time.

The agency works with over 300 real estate professionals across Australia, New Zealand, and North America, using proven Facebook advertising systems to generate qualified leads and drive high-value sales outcomes.

This role focuses on executing established ad frameworks rather than creating strategies from scratch, making it ideal for a performance-driven specialist who thrives on data, structure, and optimisation.

What This Role Entails

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising Facebook and Meta ad campaigns using existing high-performing systems.

This includes implementing structured campaign setups, managing budgets, scheduling creatives from internal design teams, and maintaining clean and organised ad account structures for accurate performance tracking.

A major part of the role involves daily performance monitoring, including tracking cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and engagement metrics, as well as making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance.

The role also includes running structured A/B tests on new creative concepts, managing multiple client accounts, and ensuring campaigns remain within budget while meeting lead generation targets.

In addition, the specialist will collaborate with internal teams by providing performance feedback and identifying underperforming campaigns early.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and execution-focused media buyer with strong experience managing Meta advertising campaigns at scale.

They should be comfortable working within structured systems, following proven frameworks, and making decisions based on data rather than experimentation alone.

Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements for This Role

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
• Proven experience running lead generation campaigns (lead forms, Messenger, landing pages)
• Experience managing multiple ad accounts (10+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking
• Ability to work overlapping hours with Australian Eastern Time (SAST-aligned)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to performance metrics
• Ability to follow structured systems and campaign frameworks
