Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Accredited TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120+ hours)
- Minimum of 6 months teaching or tutoring experience
- Reliable computer setup
- Professional, distraction-free teaching environment
Technical Requirements:
- Computer with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent), 2.1 GHz or higher, 4 performance cores, 8 CPUs, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Stable fibre internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
- Direct LAN cable connection (WiFi is not permitted)
- Backup power supply (UPS) with 4–5 hours battery life and 2000VA capacity
- Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam (backup headset recommended)
- Quiet, well-lit workspace suitable for online teaching
