Job Overview

The Paid Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing PPC strategies tailored to each client’s specific objectives, creating and managing Google Ads campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on long-term client retention.

Core Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing PPC and account growth strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Managing and maintaining strong client relationships with an emphasis on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Creating, optimizing, and overseeing Google Ads campaigns to ensure consistent performance.
  • Monitoring and tracking PPC goals on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
  • Designing tailored PPC strategies based on each client’s unique business goals and marketing needs.
  • Identifying challenges within PPC accounts and developing effective solutions to improve campaign performance.
  • Conducting monthly and quarterly video meetings with clients to review campaign results, performance insights, and data analysis.
  • Managing the weekly SEM activities of approximately 40–50 client accounts.
  • Writing, editing, and publishing content for client websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
  • Executing and managing Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on search advertising.
  • Collecting and analyzing SEM performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved results.
  • Collaborating with the digital marketing team to enhance service delivery, campaign effectiveness, and overall performance.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of two years’ experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts.
  • Holds certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, and/or a Google Ads Nano-Degree.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Proven experience in account management, client communication, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with and experience using project management software and collaboration tools.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work for extended periods while seated at a desk and using a computer.
  • Ability to attend and participate in in-person meetings and workplace activities when required.
