Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar
- Produce original content, including scripts, visuals, and video assets
- Create engaging B2B and marketing-focused content that drives traffic and brand visibility
Growth & Engagement
- Increase social media engagement and grow follower count across platforms
- Build and manage a professional online community
- Leverage social media trends, formats, and challenges to expand reach
Performance & Optimisation
- Optimise YouTube content using SEO, thumbnails, and retention strategies
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve content effectiveness
- Use AI tools to generate ideas and enhance content production
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to meet deadlines
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience creating content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or media environments
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and video editing software
- Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation and execution
- Passion for creativity, communication, and digital growth
- Ability to work within EST hours (6 AM – 3 PM EST)
