This role is not positioned within a traditional corporate marketing environment. Instead, it operates within a fast-paced, hands-on setting that prioritises execution, continuous experimentation, and results-driven performance.

Job Overview

Koreserv is seeking a motivated and innovative Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Associate to join its expanding Konnect team.

The position centres on digital and performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation. The successful candidate will leverage paid media, content strategies, and outbound initiatives to generate high-quality leads and contribute to revenue growth.

This is a practical, execution-driven role that involves close collaboration with the sales team to deliver sales-qualified leads through well-structured digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop, implement, and optimise digital and performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and email marketing
  • Manage paid media campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads
  • Build and optimise lead generation funnels, including landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths
  • Execute LinkedIn outbound and inbound campaigns targeting decision-makers
  • Manage CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and maintain accurate lead data
  • Handle lead qualification, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling for the sales team
  • Implement marketing automation and email nurturing campaigns
  • Support demand generation initiatives to grow pipeline and revenue
  • Plan and execute internal and client-facing events

Content Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Create and publish SEO-optimised content across blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Develop B2B content assets such as case studies, client stories, and thought leadership pieces
  • Produce digital content (graphics, short-form videos, reels) using tools like Canva or Adobe
  • Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Update and optimise website content using SEO best practices (keywords, on-page SEO, UX)
  • Enhance digital sales materials and proposals to improve conversion rates

Reputation Management & Engagement

  • Manage and grow LinkedIn company presence through consistent content and engagement
  • Monitor and respond to Google reviews to support online reputation management
  • Run campaigns to increase customer reviews and strengthen brand credibility
  • Track brand sentiment and engagement across digital platforms
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy

Analytics, Reporting & Conversion Optimisation

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI, CPL)
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to optimise campaign performance
  • Improve conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across campaigns and landing pages
  • Analyse lead generation funnels and performance metrics
  • Deliver monthly reports on marketing performance and pipeline impact
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate possesses 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation
  • Demonstrated experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and marketing funnel strategies
  • Proven knowledge of SEO, SEM, and inbound marketing approaches
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Well-developed skills in content creation, copywriting, and digital storytelling
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar applications
  • Basic knowledge of website management using platforms such as WordPress or other CMS tools
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using tools like Google Analytics or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently and effectively
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Valid South African driver’s licence
  • A portfolio showcasing digital marketing or content-related work is considered advantageous
