Core Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces from initial concept through to final polished execution

- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for marketing and branding purposes
- Use Figma to develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design specifications
- Apply strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, and modern web design principles
- Iterate designs efficiently based on feedback from team members and project requirements
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and consistently uphold high standards of visual excellence.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding UI/UX and visual design capabilities
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Figma for interface design and prototyping
- Proven ability to create impactful graphics and visual content for digital experiences
- High level of creativity, originality, and passion for design excellence
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid experience in visual storytelling, layout design, and modern web/marketing design principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in 3D design, illustration, or motion graphics
- Ability to design interactive animations or dynamic visual elements
- Familiarity with branding and digital marketing for online products

Compensation & Benefits Notice
The position offers a national base salary range of $180,000–$200,000 USD for full-time employment. Employees are also eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role requirements and in line with company policies.
