Skills & Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Must have completed an accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA certification
- Alternatively, candidates may enroll in the company’s globally recognized in-house programme
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in online English teaching
- Strong tech skills and ability to work confidently in an online teaching environment
- Must have a quiet, professional teaching space
Non-Negotiable Technical Requirements:
- PC: Intel® Core™ i5 processor, 8GB RAM or higher
- Internet: Stable fibre connection with at least 20 Mbps upload/download speed, connected via LAN cable
- Backup Power: UPS with 4–5 hours battery capacity (essential for load-shedding or outages)
- Audio/Video: Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam

Role Details:
