  • Briefing creative teams, reviewing advertising assets, and approving images, video concepts, and copy before campaigns go live.
  • Conducting creative testing and recommending monthly website and landing page improvements to increase visitor-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Monitoring campaign performance closely and taking proactive steps to ensure results consistently meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Preparing clear and insightful performance reports and confidently leading both online and in-person client meetings.

  • Applicants should hold current certifications in Google Ads, Meta, GA4, or other relevant paid media platforms.
  • Strong technical expertise in implementing, auditing, and troubleshooting tracking systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and related tracking technologies.
  • A strong understanding of effective advertising copy, visual content, and messaging, with the ability to identify what is most likely to turn audiences into customers.
  • The ability to analyze complex campaign data and communicate key insights clearly and simply to clients and account management teams.
  • A results-driven approach focused on generating meaningful client growth, including leads and sales, rather than relying solely on clicks, impressions, or other surface-level metrics.
