A global industry-leading organisation in the energy and digital services sector is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join its marketing operations team. What This Role Entails
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and managing digital assets within HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, automation sequences, forms, landing pages, and segmentation structures.
A key part of the role involves executing marketing operations tasks such as scheduling campaigns, performing quality assurance checks, and ensuring consistency across all digital outputs, including links, formatting, tagging, and compliance standards.
The role also includes managing and updating website content using Drupal, ensuring that all web pages are accurate, well-formatted, and aligned with brand and UX guidelines. This includes uploading assets, maintaining metadata, and supporting ongoing content updates and campaign refreshes.
In addition, the specialist will work closely with internal marketing teams to execute requests, support campaign delivery, and improve workflow efficiency through structured processes and collaboration.

Requirements for This Role
• 4+ years of digital marketing or marketing operations experience
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Drupal (preferred)
• Experience in marketing automation, email campaigns, or website content management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
• Experience working in structured or agency-style environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media (preferred)
