Job Overview
The organization is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join its fully remote team. Depending on an individual’s professional background and industry experience, this position may also be recognized as an SEO Analyst, Organic Search Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with a Lead SEO Accounts Manager to support the execution and implementation of a wide range of SEO strategies aimed at improving clients’ search engine performance across both on-page and off-page optimisation.
The position also involves working alongside a multidisciplinary team of content writers, web designers, developers, PPC specialists, and SEO professionals to develop high-performing web pages designed to enhance search visibility, deliver an excellent user experience, and maximise conversions.
Skills & Requirements
- A minimum of three years’ experience in SEO within a digital marketing agency environment is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate an excellent standard of written and spoken English communication.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO algorithms is essential, along with the ability to effectively implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Applicants should be capable of analysing analytics and performance reports, monitoring website metrics, and using data-driven insights to guide SEO strategies and decision-making.
Advantageous Skills
- Google Analytics certification would be considered beneficial.
- Experience using Google Looker Studio (previously known as Google Data Studio) would be an added advantage.
Working Schedule
- Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
- The role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from home.
