Skills & Requirements
- TEFL or TESOL certification is preferred.
- At least one year of online teaching experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree: A degree in any field is required, with preference given to candidates who hold qualifications in Language or Education.
- Flexible availability: Teachers should be available to work either part time or full time, primarily during afternoon and evening hours in Beijing Time, between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm BJT.
- Reliable computer: Applicants must have access to a dependable desktop or laptop computer. Chromebooks are not compatible with the teaching software.
- Stable internet connection: Reliable internet access is required, with a wired cable connection preferred.
- Six-month commitment: Teachers are expected to commit to teaching for at least one complete semester, equivalent to six months.
- Professional work ethic: Applicants should demonstrate punctuality, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Positive attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic and positive approach to teaching is highly valued.

- Lesson duration: Classes are available in either 25-minute or 50-minute sessions.
