Tasks
- Guaranteed teaching hours with a structured schedule build-up after training completion
- Immediate allocation of hours, with no extended waiting period

- Ongoing support from experienced veteran teachers and supportive administrative staff

- Fully remote position, teach from any location with a stable internet connection
- Fixed compensation of USD 6 per hour
Skills & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required, with preference given to qualifications in Language or Education
- A recognised teaching certification such as TESOL, TEFL, or a related credential is mandatory
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within the specified timeframe of 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Beijing Time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to select preferred hours (schedules may vary)
- Access to a reliable desktop or laptop computer, noting that Chromebooks are not supported by the teaching platform
- Stable wired internet connection via cable is required
- Commitment to teaching for at least one full semester (six months)
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- A positive and professional attitude
