Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement email campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Create engaging content and visually appealing email designs tailored to specific target audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using email analytics tools to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay updated with current email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in managing email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Strong writing and editing abilities, with a talent for producing engaging and persuasive content.
- A detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach, combined with a creative mindset.
Technical Requirements:
- A stable and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.
- Access to a personal laptop or PC equipped with at least an Intel i5 processor.
