A fast-growing global e-commerce company is seeking an Email & Design Specialist (Klaviyo) to support its performance marketing and lifecycle email campaigns across high-revenue direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. The Email & Design Specialist will play a key role in executing email campaigns, building automated workflows, and improving customer engagement through targeted and personalised communication.
What This Role Entails
The role involves hands-on execution of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation setup, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
The specialist will support the creation and management of email marketing workflows, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with brand goals, promotional calendars, and customer lifecycle strategies.
A key part of the role includes using AI tools to enhance copywriting, personalisation, and campaign optimisation, while collaborating with design and content teams to maintain consistent and engaging email layouts.
The role also includes analysing campaign performance, maintaining email lists and segmentation structures, and continuously improving engagement and conversion outcomes through data-driven insights.

Requirements for This Role
Hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably within e-commerce or D2C brands

• Ability to design email templates and campaign layouts
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data
