The client is looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to oversee, optimise, and maintain CRM systems that support both digital marketing activities and internal operational workflows. This opportunity is suited to a detail-oriented professional with strong technical capabilities and proven expertise in CRM configuration, automation, and system management within a digital marketing agency setting.

Core Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining CRM systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data reliability
- Configuring and optimising CRM workflows, automations, and sales pipelines
- Collaborating with internal teams to align CRM processes with operational and business requirements
- Utilising ClickUp and GHL to support CRM workflows, integrations, and system efficiency
- Identifying system inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance overall CRM performance
- Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure CRM usage supports organisational objectives
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening CRM functionality and effectiveness
- Ensuring internal teams adhere to established CRM processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent system usage
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a CRM Specialist role
- Proven experience using ClickUp, GHL, and other CRM or project management platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly SEO and Google Ads
- Proficiency in AI tools and technologies related to CRM systems and marketing automation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced remote environment
- Previous experience working within digital marketing agencies is essential
- Experience working with US-based clients or companies is required
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
