Core Responsibilities
- Copywriting: Responsible for producing engaging and persuasive content across a range of digital marketing channels, including website content, landing pages, social media advertisements, email campaigns, and blog articles.
- Editing: Tasked with reviewing and refining existing marketing copy to improve clarity, effectiveness, and consistency with the established brand voice.
- Project Management and Strategic Collaboration: Expected to manage copywriting projects while collaborating closely with marketing strategists and designers to create cohesive, results-driven campaigns.
- Metrics Analysis: Required to utilise analytics tools to monitor the performance of written content, identify optimisation opportunities, and inform future campaign improvements.
- AI Utilisation: Involved in researching and leveraging advanced AI technologies to support and streamline content creation processes.
Skills & Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English at a professional standard.
- Possesses a minimum of three years’ experience working as a copywriter and/or editor.
- Brings prior experience within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
- Presents a strong portfolio that highlights persuasive writing capabilities and successful direct-response campaigns.
- Exhibits a natural aptitude for marketing, with a solid grasp of consumer psychology and the ability to craft impactful copy that effectively engages the intended audience.
Work Timings
The role requires the ability to maintain a minimum of five hours’ overlap with the 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST workday, Monday to Friday. The position is fully remote.
