Job Overview
The Product Manager role at Codekeeper focuses on transforming customer needs into intuitive and engaging user experiences. The position requires ensuring that design choices are aligned with overarching product objectives. Acting at the intersection of design, product management, and user research, the Product Manager bridges the gap between business requirements and seamless digital experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of a well-conceived and functional product.
- Translate product requirements into practical and effective designs for development.
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, transforming customer needs into engaging and intuitive interfaces.
- Utilise the ShadCN design library to assemble cohesive design elements.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to research, design, and prototype new user experiences.
- Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and workflows.
- Produce visual assets and maintain comprehensive design guidelines to support implementation.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related discipline.
- A strategic design mindset, considering not just aesthetics but also usability, accessibility, and overall business impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design tools preferred.
- Experience conducting user research, journey mapping, and making data-informed design decisions.
- Strong visual design capabilities, including typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent English copywriting skills.
- Demonstrates dedication, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humour.
- Capability to analyse user journeys.
- Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries.
- Access to a Mac with Figma or preference for using this design tool.
