Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing landing pages, waitlist pages, promotional pages, and small multi-page websites, including portfolio sites, restaurant websites, small business websites, and simple online stores. The role involves transforming client briefs into polished, responsive, high-performing web experiences while ensuring excellent usability, functionality, and visual appeal.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop high-converting landing pages, waitlist pages, and promotional pages featuring compelling hero sections, clear calls to action, and user-focused layouts.
- Design and build small multi-page websites, including Home, About, Services, and Contact pages, while adhering to client specifications and established site architecture.
- Create responsive, mobile-first websites that deliver a seamless user experience across a wide range of devices and web browsers.
- Integrate contact forms, email subscription features, basic analytics tools, and simple CMS or headless content management systems.
- Implement essential on-page SEO best practices, including semantic HTML, metadata optimization, performance enhancements, and accessibility standards to improve search visibility and advertising readiness.
- Review, refine, and enhance AI-generated frontend code by improving structure, styling, content placement, and overall production quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve layout inconsistencies, browser compatibility issues, and performance challenges while working independently.
Skills & Requirements
- Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ professional experience in frontend development, landing page creation, or website development.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Design, or a related discipline will be advantageous.
- Candidates are expected to demonstrate solid expertise in modern frontend development, responsive web design, and the creation of high-quality landing pages and small business websites. The role requires the ability to produce polished, conversion-focused user experiences while enhancing AI-assisted output into production-ready interfaces.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential, including experience with responsive design techniques, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
- Practical experience with at least one modern frontend framework, such as React, Next.js, Vue, Astro, or a comparable technology, is required.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or other modern component libraries will be considered an advantage.
- The successful candidate should be capable of transforming Figma designs or written project briefs into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Experience integrating contact forms, email capture services, and basic analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Plausible, or similar tools is expected.
- A sound understanding of on-page SEO principles, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and Core Web Vitals is highly desirable.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) or headless CMS platforms, including Webflow, Framer, Sanity, Contentful, or similar solutions, will be beneficial.
- Strong visual judgement, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to create refined, purposeful website designs are essential.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to deliver complete, high-quality web pages with minimal supervision.
- A portfolio showcasing previously completed landing pages and/or small websites must be provided as part of the application.
- An upper-intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency or higher is required.

Project Commitment
- Contributors should expect to dedicate approximately 10 to 20 hours per week during active project phases, depending on project requirements.

Compensation
- Successful contributors may earn up to $60 per hour (equivalent), depending on their level of expertise, performance, and contribution rate.
