A fast-growing precision nutrition company is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join its fully remote team. This role is open to global candidates, including South African professionals, and focuses on driving cross-channel growth, customer retention, and performance marketing outcomes.
About the Role
The company operates in the premium health and nutrition space, delivering personalised, chef-crafted meals designed around the concept of “Food as Medicine™”. The Growth Marketing Lead will report directly to the CEO and Co-founder and play a central role in scaling the brand across multiple digital channels.
This is a high-ownership role suited to an experienced marketer who is both creative and highly analytical. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth across acquisition and retention channels while improving overall marketing efficiency.
What This Role Entails
Cross-Channel Growth Marketing
The Growth Marketing Lead will manage and optimise campaigns across paid social, email, SMS, affiliate partnerships, and organic Instagram. The role also involves exploring and scaling new high-impact marketing channels as the business grows.
Performance Marketing & Acquisition
A key focus of the role is managing paid media performance, improving acquisition efficiency, and optimising spend based on customer lifetime value, payback periods, and contribution margins.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
The role places strong emphasis on retention strategies, using email and SMS to improve customer lifetime value and build long-term engagement with customers.
Data Analysis & Optimisation
The successful candidate will analyse cohort performance, interpret marketing data, and make strategic decisions based on CAC, LTV, and revenue efficiency metrics. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Creative Strategy & Content Execution
This role combines creative direction with performance analysis. Responsibilities include developing campaign concepts, writing high-converting copy, and producing marketing assets that align with brand positioning and performance goals.
Visual Content & Design Support
The Growth Marketing Lead will also create and edit visual assets using tools such as Figma and AI-powered design tools, ensuring creative outputs are aligned with campaign strategy.

Requirements for This Role
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
• Strong experience across paid social media, email, SMS, affiliate marketing, and organic social media
• Hands-on experience in media buying and performance marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong analytical skills with expert-level spreadsheet ability
• Experience using AI tools for marketing, content creation, and analysis
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies
• Ability to analyse cohort data, CAC, LTV, and marketing efficiency metrics
• Excellent written communication skills in US English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
