Job Overview
The company is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with proven experience within the iGaming industry to join its innovative and fast-paced team. This role focuses on designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across a range of iGaming products and platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing interfaces, enhancing user journeys, and delivering seamless experiences that align with both business objectives and user needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces that align with client brand guidelines, objectives, and user expectations within the iGaming sector.
- Conduct in-depth user research and analyze user behaviors, needs, and preferences to support the development of user-focused design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Developers, to transform business requirements into effective and aesthetically appealing digital experiences.
- Produce wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to clearly communicate design concepts and functionality to stakeholders.
- Perform usability testing, evaluate user feedback, and implement design improvements to optimize user satisfaction and overall platform performance.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the iGaming industry to drive innovation and enhance product experiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, ensuring consistency, usability, and high-quality user experiences across all digital products and platforms.
Skills & Requirements
- A relevant qualification in IT, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in UI/UX design within digital product environments.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Miro, as well as prototyping tools including Framer, Proto.io, UXPin, Origami Studio, and Noodl.
- Experience working with data-driven design approaches using tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and Hotjar.
- Ability to conduct and analyze both qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML and CSS.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams, all organizational levels, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated creative thinking with a strong problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, including user behaviors and market trends.
- A proactive willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and expand UI/UX expertise.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
