Job Overview

The Paid Digital Marketing Specialist is tasked with developing tailored PPC strategies that align with each client’s unique business objectives. The role involves managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance and results. In addition, the position requires strong client relationship management skills, with a clear focus on maintaining long-term partnerships and supporting client retention.

Core Responsibilities

  • Developing PPC and account growth strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Managing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on long-term retention.
  • Creating, monitoring, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Tracking and evaluating PPC goals on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
  • Designing customised PPC strategies aligned with each client’s specific business goals.
  • Identifying account challenges and implementing effective solutions to maintain campaign success.
  • Hosting monthly and quarterly video meetings with clients to review campaign performance, insights, and results.
  • Overseeing weekly SEM management for a portfolio of 40–50 clients.
  • Writing, editing, and publishing content for client websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
  • Executing and managing Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on search advertising.
  • Collecting and analysing SEM data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved results.
  • Collaborating with the wider digital marketing team to enhance service delivery and campaign performance.

Education & Experience

  • Holds a minimum of two years’ experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts.
  • Possesses certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, and/or a Google Ads Nano-Degree.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Has proven experience in account management and professional client communication.
  • Experienced in the use of project management software and collaboration tools.

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable working for extended periods while seated at a desk and using a computer.
  • Able to travel to and participate in in-person meetings and company events when necessary.
