Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate CRM campaign performance across multiple channels, identifying trends, behavioural patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Design and run A/B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and enhance engagement strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to track key CRM performance metrics
- Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL and Python to support strategic decision-making
- Work closely with CRM, product, and engineering teams to align insights with broader business goals
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in CRM analytics or a similar data-focused role
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Python for data handling and analysis
- Experience using Power BI or comparable data visualisation tools
- Solid understanding of experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment
