- Access to a UPS capable of sustaining power for at least 4–5 hours during outages is necessary.
- A quiet and professional workspace suitable for teaching must be maintained.
- Applicants should have a Windows-based or Mac i5 computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- A reliable, high-speed fibre internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) is mandatory; LTE/5G connections are not accepted.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence in using online tools are expected.
- A mobile phone with a dependable data plan should be available for backup purposes.
- A quality headset with a microphone is required, with models such as Logitech Clearchat USB or Microsoft LX300 USB recommended.
- An HD webcam is necessary to support interactive teaching sessions.
- Consistent availability during peak teaching hours is essential.
- The ability to effectively teach grammar and work with junior learners is required.

- A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required during peak periods.
- Peak working hours are set from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (SAST), Monday to Friday.
- The starting compensation ranges between KRW 13,000 and 14,000 per hour, with performance- and attendance-based evaluations conducted twice a year for potential pay increases.
