Job Overview
The company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Virtual Sales Executive to join its international sales team. The position centres primarily on email-based outbound sales and lead generation, with a focus on identifying and contacting organisations that are actively recruiting for roles aligned with the company’s service offerings.
The successful candidate will introduce and position the organisation’s solutions as a smarter and more cost-effective alternative for potential clients. In this role, the Virtual Sales Executive will work closely with the international sales department and report directly to the International Sales Manager, Eli Jr.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify organisations actively recruiting for roles such as Email Marketing Executives, Social Media Marketing Executives, SMS Marketing Executives, IT Support Executives, Accounting Executives, Human Resources Executives, Virtual Assistants, and Legal Advisors.
- Conduct targeted outbound email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Present the company’s service solutions in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Generate qualified sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture potential opportunities.
- Keep accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales activity reports.
- Meet established weekly outreach and performance targets.
- Collaborate closely with the International Sales Manager to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Performance-based incentives may be introduced based on individual results and overall performance.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong written English communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated confidence in sales and persuasive communication.
- Prior experience in email marketing or outbound sales is advantageous.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and accountability.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and business service offerings.

This role offers a performance-based commission structure, where earnings are determined by the number of clients successfully closed:
- 1 client closed: $100 per month
- 5 clients closed: $500 per month
- 10 clients closed: $1,000 per month
