Job Overview

This role involves supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Digital Marketer will contribute to content creation, oversee social media activity, assist with SEO initiatives, and provide support for paid advertising campaigns, while closely monitoring performance metrics and audience engagement to ensure continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across a variety of platforms.
  • Oversee and optimise paid advertising campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, while monitoring and evaluating performance.
  • Support SEO initiatives, including conducting keyword research and improving on-page optimisation.
  • Review and interpret campaign data, preparing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure all marketing assets are consistent with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Develop, curate and schedule content for social media, email marketing and blog platforms.

Skills & Requirements

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in digital marketing, including practical exposure to paid advertising campaigns.
  • A creative approach, supported by strong copywriting abilities and a keen eye for engaging visual content.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, email marketing systems and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and basic website administration.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset, with a constant focus on improving performance and operational efficiency.
