The Email Marketing Assistant at TalentPop App is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic email campaigns that enhance customer engagement, foster loyalty, and elevate the brand’s digital presence. In this remote role, the individual will play a pivotal part in supporting and advancing TalentPop App’s marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement email marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving conversions.
- Produce engaging content and design visually appealing emails customised for specific target audiences.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance using email analytics, identifying opportunities to optimise results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer interactions.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Possesses a minimum of 1 year of practical experience managing email marketing campaigns.
- Experienced with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Demonstrates strong writing and editing abilities, with a talent for producing engaging content.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and equipped with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Technical Requirements
- Access to a reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- Owns a personal PC or laptop with a minimum Intel i5 processor.
