About the Role
TELUS International AI is seeking South African-based candidates to join its global community of contributors as Media Search Analysts. This remote, part-time opportunity is perfect for individuals who are ready to break away from the traditional 9–5 and take control of their own schedule.
Media Search Analysts are responsible for evaluating and analyzing a wide range of digital content, including music, books, videos, podcasts, and app store material. Using an innovative web-based evaluation platform, successful candidates will apply local market expertise and follow project guidelines to assess the relevance and accuracy of online search results.
This role offers the flexibility to work independently, from any location in South Africa, while participating in a global effort to improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate multimedia content across a variety of domains such as music, books, podcasts, and video.
- Assess search result relevance in app store content.
- Conduct internet-based research to validate queries and evaluate task accuracy.
- Apply cultural, linguistic, and regional knowledge to improve digital media recommendations.
- Follow provided guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of output.

Basic Requirements
