Core Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviour.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to deliver intuitive and user-friendly designs.
- Perform usability testing, collect feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency in brand presentation and user experience across all platforms and devices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and new design technologies.
Skills & Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Skilled in creating user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous design work and problem-solving capabilities.
