Job Overview
Brands is seeking a dynamic and imaginative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Associate to become part of its marketing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s digital footprint and boosting brand visibility through engaging social media strategies and impactful influencer collaborations.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute influencer marketing initiatives that align with overall brand goals.
- Oversee and curate engaging content across the company’s social media platforms to boost interaction and expand audience reach.
- Conduct thorough market research to track emerging trends and monitor competitor activity in the social media and influencer space.
- Source, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors who reflect the brand’s values.
- Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing messages.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, producing clear and actionable reports.
- Support the creation of marketing assets, including visuals, videos, and written content.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A creative approach paired with strong writing and editing abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and the influencer ecosystem.
- Competence in using social media analytics and management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and strategic partners.
