Job Overview

The company is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Specialist who possesses strong English communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting client success. The role involves assisting physical therapy clients by coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet performance expectations. Core Responsibilities

  • Proofread and review newsletters, print materials, and digital marketing content to ensure accuracy and high quality.
  • Oversee client social media accounts and manage mailing lists.
  • Coordinate project production and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and setting them up in Practice Promotions systems.
  • Participate in client meetings and collaborate with senior specialists to drive campaign success.
  • Analyse and report campaign performance results clearly and confidently in English.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate updates to the writing and design teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on growth and measurable results.
  • Engage in daily and weekly team meetings to stay aligned with organisational goals and project deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

  • Social Media : 2 years (Required)
  • Google Marketing Platform: 2 years (Required)
  • Monday.com: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, as the role involves direct client interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • A positive, professional demeanor, with confidence in discussing results and outlining next steps with clients.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing coordination, account support, or client success roles.
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of print marketing and production processes is advantageous.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Ability to participate in virtual team meetings and occasional in-person company events.

Compensation 

  • Base Pay: R185 per hour
  • Commission Range: R18 – R93 per hour(performance-based)
  • Total Potential: R203 – R278 per hour

Monthly Estimate (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week):

  • Base Salary: ≈ R29,600 per month
  • With Commission: ≈ R32,500 – R44,500 per month
